Ground to vertical.
A ground-level photo record of Arête coming out of the earth in Southwest Meridian — from the first footings in late July to foundations, underground utilities, and the first wood framing and roof trusses by early September 2026.
Out of the ground.
It starts with footings and stem walls, then rebar and the first concrete. Through August, slab after slab was formed, tied, and poured across the first flats buildings — turning graded dirt into something you can stand on.
Everything underground.
Before the buildings can rise, the site has to be plumbed — trenching, storm and sewer lines, and the concrete structures that carry them, set deep before the dirt goes back over the top.
Going vertical.
By late August the first walls stood up, and within days the framing was reading like real buildings — stud walls, long exterior runs, and the first roof trusses staged and lifted into place.
