By accessing or using the website located at www.aretemeridian.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms are entered into between you and Dolomiti Asset Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer and manager of Arête Residences, a new apartment and townhome community located in Southwest Meridian, Idaho, expected to open in 2027.

2. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

3. Pre-Leasing Status; Forward-Looking Information

Arête Residences is a community currently under development. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, lease, reservation, or guarantee of any kind. Specifically:

• All information on this Site — including floor plans, unit dimensions, pricing, availability, amenities, photographs, renderings, site plans, and community features — is preliminary, subject to change without notice, and may not reflect the final finished product.
• All square footages and dimensions are approximate and may vary.
• Renderings, photographs, and virtual tours are for illustrative purposes only and are not representative of any specific unit or final construction outcome.
• Projected opening timelines, including the anticipated 2027 opening, are estimates only and are subject to change due to construction, permitting, market, or other conditions beyond our control.
• “Founding-resident pricing” and any other pricing references are for marketing purposes only and are not binding until a lease agreement is fully executed.
• Amenity descriptions and phasing timelines are subject to change. Some amenities described (including the Phase 2 Clubhouse & Gym) are not scheduled to open at initial occupancy.

4. Interest List

Submission of your information to the Arête Residences interest list does not create a lease, reservation, guarantee of availability, or any contractual obligation on the part of Arête Residences or Dolomiti Asset Group. Interest list submissions are for informational and marketing purposes only. By joining the interest list, you agree to the following:

• You consent to be contacted by Arête Residences and its authorized representatives via email, telephone, or text/SMS regarding the community, floor plans, pricing, tour availability, and leasing updates.
• You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting us directly or following the unsubscribe instructions in any email.
• Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications. Message frequency may vary.

By using this Site, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOLOMITI ASSET GROUP AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
