When does Arête Residences open?
The first homes, the three-bedroom townhomes, open in April 2027. Target dates by building are Building A (townhomes) April 1, Building B (townhomes) May 8, Building C (townhomes) June 8, Building D (flats) July 8, Building E (flats) August 8, and Building F (flats) September 8, 2027. The resort pool and amenity clubhouse open with Building D in July 2027. Dates are targets and may change.
Where is Arête Residences located?
Arête Residences is at 233 S Tallac Lane, Meridian, ID 83642, inside the Discovery Meridian master plan in Southwest Meridian. The site sits at the Ten Mile / I-84 interchange, next to the District at Ten Mile.
How many units does Arête have?
Phase 1 delivers 152 homes: 67 one-bedroom apartments, 59 two-bedroom apartments, and 26 three-bedroom townhomes. Phase 2 adds 364 homes, for 516 homes in all on the 25-acre site.
What amenities does Arête Residences include?
Phase 1 includes two lighted pickleball courts (one doubles as a basketball half-court), a resort pool with a raised spa, a splash pad, an on-site dog park, a fire pit and BBQ grills, dedicated yoga and spin studios, and direct access to the Fivemile Creek Pathway. The resort pool and amenity clubhouse open with Building D in July 2027. Phase 2 adds a full indoor clubhouse with a fitness center, resident lounge, coworking, an indoor pet spa, a playground, a permanent leasing center, and a game lounge.
Who is building Arête Residences?
Arête Residences is built, owned, and managed by Dolomiti Asset Group — the same locally-rooted team behind The Enclave in Northeast Meridian. The Pilegaard family has been developing in the Treasure Valley since 2019, with Arête as their second multifamily property.
Is Arête Residences pet-friendly?
Yes. Arête Residences welcomes pets, with an on-site dog park and the Fivemile Creek Pathway at the front door. Pet rent is $55 per month per pet; see the pet policy for limits and fees. Service and assistance animals are not pets and are not charged pet fees. A dedicated indoor pet spa is planned for the Phase 2 clubhouse.
